A few things that may help before you get in touch.
Where can I download my purchase?
For purchases made directly here, sign in to My downloads using your purchase email. If you bought through a marketplace, download the files from that marketplace account.
How do I install my template?
Unzip your download and open the included documentation first. WordPress themes are installed through Appearance → Themes. HTML, React and Vue templates have their own setup instructions; check the product type before installing.
Can I check the template before buying?
Open the live demo and read the product details, requirements and license before you purchase. Contact us if you need help checking compatibility.
What should I include in a support request?
Tell us the product name, purchase reference, version, steps to reproduce the issue and any error text. Please don’t send passwords, API keys or payment card details.
How do I get product updates?
Use the account or marketplace where you purchased the template to download available updates. The product page shows its saved version and changelog when available.
Where can I find the refund policy?
Review our refund policy. For marketplace purchases, the marketplace’s purchase and refund terms also apply.
